Refunds, returns, and exchanges :
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a Return here Follow these simple steps
1. Log in to your account: Link here or type https://account.lovenspire.com
>A. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
>B. Go to your provided email account, open the email sent from LoveNspire and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
>C. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns : Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

If the product arrives damaged or defective we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
