No minimum purchase · Contiguous US · Ships from Stevensville, Michigan

Order by 10:00 AM ET on a business day (Monday–Friday) and your order ships the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

1. Shipping options

For the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC:

Economy FREE

3–7 business days · Free on every order, any value or weight

Premium

2–3 business days · Price shown at checkout · Orders up to 50 lb

Express

1–2 business days · Price shown at checkout · Orders up to 10 lb

Orders over 10 lb: Economy and Premium are available.
Orders over 50 lb: Economy is available.

2. How shipping charges work

Shipping is based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. Economy is always free within the contiguous United States.

Premium, Express and shipping outside the contiguous US are calculated automatically. You will see every available option and its exact price at checkout, before you pay.

3. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories & military addresses

We ship to:

Alaska and Hawaii
Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands
Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands and Palau
APO, FPO and DPO military addresses (AA, AE, AP)

Economy shipping is available at a charge based on order weight, shown at checkout.
Free shipping, Premium and Express are not available to these destinations.
Transit times vary by destination.
Orders over 100 lb cannot be shipped through checkout. Please contact us and we will help arrange shipping.

4. Order cutoff & processing

Before 10:00 AM ET on a business day: ships the same business day.
After 10:00 AM ET, or on weekends and holidays: ships the next business day.
Custom or personalized products may take longer to prepare.
Delivery times start from the day your order ships.

5. Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates in business days and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and peak holiday periods can affect delivery.

Ordering for a wedding, festival or puja? Please order early, especially around Rakhi, Navratri, Diwali and the wedding season, so your order arrives in time.

6. Order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order.
Once it ships, we email your tracking details. If you gave your mobile number at checkout, you can get text updates too.
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first update.

7. Good to know

UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Large or fragile items may ship in separate packages.
We currently ship only to the US addresses, territories and military addresses listed above. International shipping is not available at checkout.
