Unfortunately I was not impressed with this year's gift pick - the Silver Bowl set. The metal sheet of the bowls and the plate is very thin and light. In fact, the plate was warped (i.e., slightly bent). Overall, the set had a very cheap feel to it. Lastly, the red box had a strong and strange smell, which does not make for a good gift for our guests.

That said, the vendor is very nice and responsive. We have ordered from them 2 years in a row now and they ship the gifts very quickly which helps tremendously. However, this year they did forget to include the personalized cards which were supposed to have a Diwali message printed on them.

Which one I ordered not the same size!

The tray was bent and damaged. I sent them pictures, they immediately refunded for the item, no questions asked. Very easy to deal with and great customer service.
